    Planning & Prep

    Once the estimate is approved, we order materials, refine plans, coordinate with any designers involved, and confirm the construction schedule. We don’t begin work until materials are ready, preventing unnecessary delays.

    Construction

    With everything in place, construction begins. We maintain clean, safe job sites and communicate frequently so you always know what to expect. We take extra measures to ensure you can stay comfortably in your home throughout the construction process.

    Completion & Final Walkthrough

    When the work is complete, we walk through the finished space together, review details, and address any remaining items. You’ll receive a handoff binder with all manuals, finish selections, care notes, and other essential project details.

We maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, barricade off work areas, and clean up daily so your home stays livable throughout the process. Because we don’t begin work until materials are on site, the project stays efficient and avoids unnecessary delays.

  • How long your project takes depends on its scope. With that said, we make sure to buy all our materials before we start the project to work as efficiently as possible and minimize delays.
