Meet Troy
Founder and Lead Contractor
Troy Grindle is a third-generation builder with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Raised by a father who was a builder and a mother who worked as an interior designer and artist, he developed an early appreciation for both the technical and creative sides of the industry. That foundation continues to shape his approach—balancing structure, form, and function with an understanding of how people truly live in their homes.
Over the years, Troy has partnered closely with homeowners, designers, architects, and long-standing trades—earning a reputation for reliability, organization, and exceptional attention to detail. Clients value his steady presence, clean and safe job sites, and commitment to keeping them comfortable in their homes throughout construction.
